Slip and fall cases can be quite challenging. Typically, for most states, the fact that there was a fall does not by itself provide for a cause of action. The pursuit of the case or claim will depend on the particular facts and circumstances including the cause of the fall, the knowledge of the movie theater, the actions / inactions of the movie theater, the dangerous condition (if any), the posting of signs, and other factors. Most personal injury attorneys will provide a free consultation. It is unfortunate that your wife fell. Contact a personal injury attorney for advice and guidance.

The real question is; is she injured?. Pregnant victims can be difficult to treat because they cannot use any imaging studies or medications. At the end of the day, the first person to ask is if she seriously injured or is it something that is just going to be sore for about a week. Do you have a cautionary visit to the doctor and then see how things go. If it turns out to be no big deal medically, don't make a big deal about it legally either

Usually, no. For there to be a legal case two things you didn't mention also have to exist - (1) a significant injury and (2) something negligent the theatre did to cause the fall. If those two things did exist, then she should see a lawyer.

You certainly should consider filing an action for your wife's injuries. However, more information and details will be needed before the case can be correctly evaluated. You should make sure that your wife and unborn child are thoroughly examined for possible injuries. You will find more information concerning personal injury actions on my website. Please consult an attorney at your earliest opportunity.
