I used to tell her he should not drive anymore but she treated me saying She'll fire me if I don't follow her rules.she said her homeowners insurance and umbrella don't cover her such the accident occurred out of the house. Can I sue her for work loss compensation and injuries?

Sorry to hear what you are going through. In your situation, it does not sound like you were covered by workers' compensation insurance, so you would be able to sue your employer for negligence. If you were somehow covered by workers' compensation, in the situation you describe, it may be difficult to sue your employer outside of workers' compensation. I suggest you contact an attorney that is qualified to handle workers' compensation and personal injury cases to discuss your case in greater detail and determine what claims you can make.

Anybody can sue anyone for anything. If you mean do you have a negligence case, that may depend on why you fell off the golf cart and why you can prove that your boss was at fault for that. Workers' compensation laws would not allow you to sue your boss for negligence if your boss had workers compensation coverage covering you. If you are not covered under her workers' compensation insurance if she has any, you may bring a negligence lawsuit but proving fault may be another matter.
