My daughter was diagnosed with a rare immune system disease call HLH. We went to the hospital where the doctor was made aware of her condition. Her treatment was at the near by hospital. . The drive was 2 hours. The doctor was upset with me because I was frantic at my daughter laying in a bed with out her meds.. The doctor made us wait 8 hrs before being transferred. He told me he wasn't going to argue with me about my daughter. We arrives at the hospital at 11:20 we made it children's hospital atound 10 PM. My daughter was already ill but there was no reason giving. Once we were to leave the local hospital. We had to stop once again because the paramedic had a cold and my daughter was easy to catch it so we waited for another paramedic to arrive. So I assumed they never told the dispatcher that my daughter had a very serious immune system disease. What can I do..

It is difficult to tell from the info you have provided if you have a malpractice claim or not. Was your daughter damaged? To have a potential case you would have to be able to prove that the delay caused harm to your daughter. With more information I might be able to better assist you.

You do not list any injuries or damages other than a long wait. For that delay absent significant damages there would be no basis to consider a lawsuit.
