Please only contact if you are interested in representing my family and I. My wife, son and I were victims of a road rage lunatic who smashed my wifes car. The other driver was arrested and charged with assault with a deadly weapon. The DA is going forward with the charges. He, of course, was found at fault by the police and many witnesses. He had AAA insurance. It is believed he was working at the time as he wore a company shirt and another individual with the sme shirt arrived on the scene. It is unsure if he was in his car or a company one. The unfortunate part for us, is that after years and years of continued insurance coverage and the engine of my car going out, I let my insurance cancel one month before the accident due to financial hardship. We all have gone for medical treatment and expect that to continue. This happened on 7/24/17 and have pictures and a police report.
