Can I sue for a messed up epidural?

Business 5 views 4 answers
I had an epidural January 2017. He hit my fluid sac which caused a horrible headache and also left air in the needle so it caused an air bubble on my brain. It is gone now but I have medical problems after that. I believe I signed a paper when he came in to do it. Can anything be done?

If you sustained a significant injury due to a departure from accepted standards of practice seek out local malpractice counsel who will get an expert to substantiate your case by reviewing your records.

As an Oklahoma City attorney, I agree with Mr. Shah's comments. This would be a difficult case to prove negligence and the damages are not enough to justify the cost of pursuing the case if you could prove negligence. Always use your own judgement about information you obtain like this. And remember attorneys often think differently about the same issue.

Get a copy of your medical records. It will help the attorney during your appointment if you bring the records.
