Statue of limitations in NJ for Interlock Devices?

Business 3 views 1 answers
I received a DUI in February of 2002, in the state of NJ. That same evening my car was totaled and lost. I was ordered to have a interlock device installed, but since my car was totaled, single at the time and lived alone, no car to install on. I also was working in Jersey City Financial District, which provided me plenty of public transit options. My question pertains to the fact that its been 15 years since the DUI, can I argue the interlock device when I go to get my license restored. Currently in working in NY and still taking public transportation, but looking to make change back to NJ, which might require driving.

No Statute of limitation exists for a judges order.
