This is far too complex of a question to answer in this forum.

In order to file for a contempt, you need to file an Application for Rule to Show Cause. This must be online through the electronic document management system (EDMS). The Clerk's office should have a computer for you to use. In order to be successful, you must show that your ex-husband willfully violated a court order. In layman's terms, you must show that your ex-husband had the ability to comply with the court order, but chose not to. The Court will not, however, summarily find your ex-husband in contempt of a court order. Your ex-husband will have the ability to defend against your allegations at a hearing set by the court after proper notice is given. It is best that you contact a family law attorney to discuss the merits of your case.

To your question: do I just need my divorce decree to show he was ordered? No. You need to show that he willfully violated a court order.
