Can I file adjustment of status for my daughter who has F2 visa status but is away studying in ghana ?

I filed i360 and named my son and daughter in it. Both are under 21years and have F2 visa (I have F1 visa). My son adjustment is status has been accepted but I'm not sure if to file adjustment of status for my daughter. She will come back to USA during holidays. My concern is that she is protected under CSPA

Adjustment of status is the green card application process for someone who is physically present in the United States. Please speak with an immigration lawyer about the details of your daughter's situation so that you can pursue the right procedure, especially in light of the fact that she is about to age out.

Except K1 visa holders, it is not a good idea for anyone to travel to the USA on a nonmalignant visa with the intention to seek adjustment of status.
