I'm owed $90,000 work and materials from a home owners house in Queens NY How do I file collect if the house is foreclosure?
2 yrs worth of work till current...I paid for supplies and paid workers. I only have recipes for supplies. Owner took out home equity loans and never paid them back. house bin in foreclose for several years. I have no hope in him paying . what do I do know and what proof do I need to acquire?
