How Can I sue NYCHA for not properly repairing my asbestos floor problem?

Business 6 views 4 answers
I have became the head of household in 2004 of my late great grandmothers apartment. Thereafter I been trying to get housing to repair my liver no room and bedroom floors. Court ordered as well as ticket behind ticket no emergency repairs were taken even with the scale of asbestos being a threat. We are now in 2017 and I had a daughter in 2011 my floors are still infected, in which housing only covered my floors with tiles instead of handling it properly as needed when a household is exposed to asbestos

You have posted your question under speeding and traffic tickets. But, you might be able bring a lawsuit to compel them to properly remediate the problem. You might also be able to file a claim if someone has been diagnosed with asbestos or mesothelioma. You should immediately consult with a civil attorney to find out all of your possible rights and possible legal remedies.

Changed to personal injury. You should be able to hire a lawyer who can bring suit to compel NYCHA to address the issue.

Has anybody gotten sick because of the asbestos? In order to make a claim for Personal Injuries, somebody has to have an injury.
