After my probation officers investigation of me can she recommend another sentence ?

Probation can recommend additional conditions if they feel it's warranted, it's up to the judge to approve or deny.

Probation will make a recommendation to the court. It is the judge's decision what to impose.

She can report her findings and recommend sentence, but its the judge's decision.

If you have complied accordingly, the probation officer should not be recommending extra conditions although he or she certainly can do so anyway. . However It will be up to the Judge as the previous attorneys suggested. But you should know the probation officers suggestion will not be the only thing the Judge considers - the Judge will also consider the State & Defense recommendation. So make sure you bring to light all the positive things you've been doing as well!
