WHAT DOES PAROLE IMMEDIATELY ELIGIBLE MEAN ?
During some research i have come across where parole hearing type says merit or initial or reappearance, but this is the first time ive seen parole immediately eligible

Parole is not in the federal system. If you are asking for New York State, it means the prisoner is eligible for parole immediately.

You posted this to the federal crime section. Parole was abolished in the federal system in 1987. You might want to repost this question in a more appropriate section.
