I have parking tickets that have suspended my Ill. License and I just moved to Gary Indiana?
I need to know what to do the tickets have mounted up to be five thousand dollars and they want it all now

You really need to try and work out a settlement agreement with the city or the collection agency. This will clear your DL while you are paying them down.

As stated by my colleague, you have to get those IL tickets paid off or you won't get a DL anywhere. First priority!
