Can I obtain a CCW in the state of Ohio if I have 2 M1 Assaults stemming from 12 years ago?

In Ohio, a misdemeanor offense of violence disqualifies you from obtaining a CCW for 3 years from the offense. You should be in the clear 12 years out. Just be sure to fill out any paperwork truthfully.
