What Should I Do After a Successful Counter Petition for Family Offense?
My Second Attempt at counter petition against my wife's petition for family offense was successful and the Attorney Referee who accepted hers and denied my first one, had to accept my second petition and give me a temporary protection order, same as she gave to my wife.
I intend to not sign consent for the Attorney Referee to try and decide on the case and want the case to be tried and decided by Judge, as I have reasonable beliefs that the Attorney Referee is highly biased against men claiming to be domestically abused by their wives.
What should be the best move and how should I prepare for the arraingment next week? I would consent to her order order of protection if she consents to mine, also I would repeal the petition if she also does so. Most of this does not truly belong to the Family Court, Order Of Protection procedure but rather matrimonial issues that should arise during divorce proceedings.
