Is this enough for full custody of my daughter in Ohio?

My ex gives my daughter melatonin to drug her to sleep against my wishes. I found out that my daughter was woken up by him having sex with a girl, that's why he does it. My ex has been with over 100 women and since we've been split over two dozen have been in and out around my child over the last 9 years. Currently we're up to eight girls within the last 7 months. My daughter is upset about it but he talked her into being okay with it basically. I have a daughter. I don't like the revolving door of women. I don't know any of these women. they're not allowed around for long, he uses them and gets rid of them. I found out he left my daughter alone to be watched by one of them also. I'm not happy. I don't think it's the best environment. I don't like my daughter being drugged with melatonin either. Two years ago he took a bottle of pills to try to kill himself so if they are harmful to try and commit suicide how come now they're okay to give my child.

You need to file a motion to modify your exes parenting time, as well as to put in restrictions on who can be around your child and requirements for what medication he can give her. You really should do this through an attorney in your area.

If a parent can prove the other parent is giving medicine not prescribed to a child and or that the child is inappropriately exposed to adult behavior, a court may find that sufficient to impose additional visit restrictions as well as modify custody. However, even so, the father will still have visitation rights, although potentially more limited if the allegations are shown true.
