I have received my conditional green card along with my sons on an EB5 (Investor visa) EB5 investment in my name. What happens ?

1. If I fail to maintain the green card status as I need to travel back and forth to my country, Will my sons status of conditional green card, removing conditions later, getting permanent green card etc remain totally independent of my status or be affected by my status? 2. What conditions do I have to satisfy for the green card to remain in status and maintain it? 3. My husband's visitor visa to the US will expire in March 2018. If he reapplies for B1 (tourist) visa, he will obviously have to mention that he had applied for immigrant visa before and it was abandoned or denied ; Will that be a negative point and could he be refused( All of us had an I 485 denial last year.) or should he do Consular processing based on my (spouse's) green card.

If you filed for EB-5 you surely have a lawyer (more likely a few) - isn't any of these lawyers available to answer those questions for you? You are basically asking questions having to do with highly individual, case-specific tactical and strategic advice. This is a general, voluntary blog and as such is not meant to be the forum where such complex, multi-layered issues are analyzed. If your lawyer(s) is/are not available, you will then need to schedule a private consultation with an experienced immigration lawyer, either in person, via telephone or even Skype.

You need to retain an immigration law attorney. Your situation requires one.
