Can you please make sense of this for me?

I have a slip and fall lawsuit in which my attorney doesn't tell me anything what's going on in my case. I only find out things from civil judicial dockets. I'm suing a university because I fell on some ice. they in turn joinder the property management co. they in turn joinder the snow removal company, and the snow removal company cross claimed an excavation company? I know ethically you cant get involved that's why I didn't give specifics. I just would like an honest opinion on what's going on. Thank you in advance

Attorneys have an obligation to keep their clients informed. However, like everyone, attorneys do get busy. Your best bet is to contact your lawyer regularly. It may feel awkward, but if your lawyer is simply busy, this may be the best solution.

I agree with Mr. Farrell. Your attorney should keep you apprised of developments or, if he doesn't, you should consider replacing him. If you put it to your counsel like that, he likely will be more responsive to you.

You attorney should keep you informed of what is going on in the case. If that is not happening, you should have a frank discussion with the attorney about your expectations. If the communication does not improve, you can consider retaining a new attorney to represent you.
