What if we got divorce prior to interview because my husband is somehow abusing me?

I came as K1 visa, we got married and my papers is on process, I had my fingerprint last june 29, no response yet from USCIS, but want a divorce, my husband many times put his hands on me everytime he's mad his family witnessed this too, he will say many horrible words against me and my family in front of his family, money has always been the issue and he took all my allowance when I came here in US, he said he's going to use it for my papers, he also left me in his friend's house without car for almost a month now without car, he blocked me in his phone and fb the reason I can't call him. He is a reserved Us Army. I only have pictures and some voice recordings of some of our arguments/fights. I am loosing hope now on our relationship. He used to tell me that he will not process my papers and that I will be deported. I don't know what to do! :(
