There was no contact and I was still taken to jail.
I live in Texas now I was a resident of California, there is a order of protection from the court for false accusations of domestic violence against me due to her lies to try and take my son. charges were dismissed but not the c.p.o. I since then moved to Texas with my 3 year old son that I have full custody of. a month ago she came out here on her own accord to my front door and I would not open it due to the restraining order and she was intoxicated. She went down to the mezzanine area and passed out in a chair. I drove to the police station to make them aware of the situation and they said there was nothing they could do, just for me to avoid her. Upon my arrival home neighbors were concerned of her well-being and they had called the police. I still made no contact with her I went right to my apartment with my son. Shortly thereafter the police came knocking on my door asking me what was going on I told him that I did not invite her nor did i let her come there. she told the officer the same and that she was just there to see her child. She was arrested for PI and pot. The Sgt. took me to jail for the cpo. How is that possible when there was no contact on my part, nor violence
