Whether or not you could, do you think it is important in the grand scheme of things to negatively impact someone else's life due to the fact they have wronged you? Do you think you would feel better as a result? Do you think this feeling would be lasting or fleeting? Do you think you would feel guilty for taking this action later on? There are many ways this choice of conduct could result in a negative result, not only for the individual you are targeting but for yourself, I won't list them, but... What I am getting at is, sometimes you just need to let some things go and move on. This appears to be a good example of one of those times. Unless of course you are under an obligation to report for some reason that I cannot extrapolate from what you described. Ps you proposed a question that has moral and ethical concerns, my opinion is my own and although I know I could never assist with such a matter, others may feel differently, I encourage you to seek out the opinion of others.

This is an immigration question. I will change the area of law to get you better answers. I agree with the basic argument made by my colleague. You need to think long and hard about destroying the other person's life in that manner, particularly if there are children or grandchildren involved. Perhaps seek a counselor or trusted religious guide to discuss the thoughts you are having.

I am sorry to read about the problems between you and your wife. If your wife already has the 10 year permanent residency, there's nothing you can do to void her green card. If your wife has the 2 year conditional residency, she will have to apply to remove the conditions to the green card 90 days before its expiration. If you are already divorced she can apply to remove the conditions by herself, as long as she can prove it was a legitimate marriage.
