I HAVE SEVERAL TICKETS FOR BOTH NON MOVING AND MOVING VIOLATIONS. ALL OVER THE 2 YR STATUE OF LIMITATION RULE. WOULD I STILL NEED A LAWYER OR COULD I WRITE A LETTER TO THE COURT EXPLAINING I HAD NO VILATION WITHIN THE LAST 5 YERAS? WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS TO HAVE THESE VIOLATIONS REMOVED WITHOUT PAYING ANY FEES?

You should hire a traffic ticket lawyer to help you fight them. You can fight the cases and win at jury trial = no fees. You can sit them out in jail = no fees.

The statute of limitations only applies to the time within which a charge must be filed, not the time within which the charge must be resolved. Hire a lawyer if you wish to defeat the charges. Writing a letter will get you nowhere. If you want to take the cheap way out, sit out the fines in jail.

You should contact a traffic ticket attorney. If you take convictions on all of them and get like jail credit, or community service or something, you would still have to pay surcharges and face possible license suspension. It just depends on what the offenses are. Best to let a professional help you get the costs down as low as possible without destroying your driving record/drivers license.
