Can I sue Newrochelle family court mail room.

Business 3 views 2 answers
Someone in the mail room signed a certified letter. They stated that I received the affidavit of service. They signed another name. The courts knew this. They suspended my drivers license. Put a lien on my property threatened me with arrest warrants for more than a year. I have all of my paper's stating that a signature was signed. The judge had the signature in her possession & carried on with the case. I couldn't drive or get to my doctors appointment regularly.

Suing the court is not a good idea at all....you deal with these matters by proof....and at the end of the case ask for an award.
