Can you return home after a DV charge if the other party is gone?

In Pinal County, AZ, I was arrested for DV assault on my boyfriends mom. This occurred in my home, am I allowed to go home? She has left the state and isn't coming back. Also, my boyfriend was present at the time but didn't fill out any statements. My release papers say I can't return to the scene of the incident or contact any witnesses. Bottom line, can I go home to my boyfriend?

If the release conditions say no return, then you can't return. You can ask the court to change your release conditions.
