Isnt The US embassy supposed to keep my passport during admin processing then issue the visa why the return of passport?WORRIED?
i good day my name is victor from lagos nigeria i applied for a k1 visa and was asked to submit my police report from the Uk.my police report from the uk had a domestic abuse with ex partner but case was dismissed..but the wording from the police on my Pc was very castigating saying i am behaving in an abusive manner/threathning making a reasonable person fear or alarm. i submitted that to the us embassy and 2 days later they contacted me by email and sent my passport back to me placing my k1 visa on adminiatrative processing and they said when my visa ia ready to be issued i would be will contacted.I am a bit worried please would this affect me from getting a k1 visa? Thanks for your reply in advance.
