I was charged with 5 misdemeanors of damaging unattended property on the same day do I qualify for daca ?
The incident occurred on the same day I was sentenced to probation and fines plead no contest with a lawyer. Daca is still pending approval

Your defense attorney should have provided you with the immigration consequences of your conviction of the multiple charges. You should contact that attorney.

If your Defense attorney did not warn you of immigration consequences you may revisit the issue Criminal court. You may have an ineffective assistance of counsel case. Good Luck!
