In a re-determination of child support cost, can the income of my ex-wife's live in boy friend be used as house hold income?

I have always paid my ex, child support. But my 8 year son sleeps in my ex-wife's bed with her and her boyfriend due to giving my sons room to one of the boyfriends kids, both the ex and boyfriend are working and paperwork shows that he living there receiving mail for over a year.
