Defilmations of a current employer

one of my sales associate kissed me it was a mutual kiss, another employ over seen this reported it to owner. I was written up and suspended for week loss of pay. what I was written up for was sexual harassment even thou both myself and other employee were very clear to owner it was mutual and a one time thing. Now I am having to look for another job because it is a very uneasy envornment with owner and I make a good living. what actions do I have if any.
