Is a lawsuit possible when terminated from employment if company does not follow criteria set forth in employee manual?

I was terminated from my employment due to reasons described as "being the definition of a toxic employee" and "the reason no one wants to approach you is because no one likes you. You can make them feel" bad "with one sentence". The employee handbook lists a verbal, then written warning, followed by firing as the means for discipline with the option for immediate dismissal under certain circumstances. It also listed in the employee handbook about having a certain attitude and carrying yourself a certain way, however, the practice manager and owners did not follow the rules listed. For example, talking to the person when you have a problem with them, not gossiping, and using vulgar language (such as talking about giving boob jobs to a dog and developing a surgical procedure to give breast implants to women). They also kept personnel they claimed later (after the person quit) was stealing. There is more but I thought I would start here.

IT sounds like a hostile work environment. You should contact an employment to discuss arr the details in depth.
