Child support levy on social security payments

I just received a phone call from my bank stating that Florida child support enforcement has placed a levy on my account and several credit card payments I had just made were being returned and my debit cards were being recalled. I only deposit social security disability payments into this account as that is my only income.I now have absolutely no income and no access to my account balances. Can Florida child support enforcement levy social security disability payments?
