Can a handwritten marriage settlement agreement be canceled?

When I signed, I wasn't being legally represented, I was emotionally disturbed, I was coerced into signing. Since then, three years later, we are still not divorced, the final judgment was thrown out for errors and now I'm being represented by a paralegal. Is there any chance that the handwritten marriage settlement agreement can be canceled?

Please, please please retain an attorney to represent you in this matter. Please understand that you can not afford NOT to have competent legal representation to enforce YOUR rights and interests in this very important life altering matter. The answer to your questions, I think, based on the fact that the final orders have not entered yet is yes. I truly wish you the best. You can't be represented by a paralegal, no one but a lawyer can represent you. Paralegals aren't licensed in CA and if they're not working for a lawyer who IS representing you, they're violating the CA Business & Professions Code for practicing law without a license. As for rescinding (cancelling) your handwritten marital settlement agreement that apparently didn't result in a final dissolution judgment, only your own family lawyer that you disclose all the relevant facts to can tell you. I agree with my colleague, retain a (licensed CA) lawyer ASAP to help you with this.
