How can I add a derivative beneficiary to an approved I-130 (F3) immigrant visa petition? A daughter was born to my son & his wife. Please advise me of how to deal with the situation or how, what docs and where to submit my request.

This will have to be handled through the National Visa Center. The telephone number for the NVC may be on the approval notice. If you cannot get in touch with the National Visa Center or get your granddaughter into the system, then you may want to consider hiring an attorney.
