How do I find someone's employer to file garnishment?

I have followed all of the court's procedures after judgment was granted against the defendant. I sent out a letter to collect a debt and have proof of mailing. Now the court wants me to fill out all this paperwork and find out where this person lives and works so that I can file this with the court to garnish their wages.

You may do well by speaking to a retired police officer or private investigator. Investigators are trained to locate assets and root out this type of information. Also, an OH collection attorney may be willing to take on the judgment enforcement for you as a contingency collection. Discuss fees and compensation when you meet. You will want to speak to lawyers specializing in this collections and judgment enforcement. I have provided a link below to the Cleveland bar lawyer referral service,. Good luck!
