I am a US citizen through naturalization and got married to my husband who has a i94 visa. What forms do we need to fill out so that he will receive the green card?

The adjustment package. You can download it on uscis.gov website or call the customer service. If you are not familiar with the immigration process or otherwise have concerns about your case, it is advisable to contact an immigration lawyer to discuss it and find a way forward. You are welcome to use the link provided below. Goodluck.

Best wishes upon your marriage! A form I-94 is not itself a type of visa, but I presume that it indicates that your husband entered the U.S. lawfully and with inspection. In general, the material to be submitted for an application to adjust status to become a Lawful Permanent Resident (to get a "Green Card") include: an application for relative alien, biographic information forms for both spouses, an application for adjustment of status, an application for an Employment Authorization Document, and application for advance parole (assuming the alien currently is in valid nonimmigrant status), medical examination results, photographs, and an Affidavit of Support (with proof of earnings). In some instances certified criminal disposition documents, a joint sponsor's Affidavit of Support and other documents are required. Documentary evidence of the bona fide nature of the marriage will be needed too.
