My license was suspended in Delaware for a first time DUI and I was put on probation. My license was supposed to be unsuspended on the third of September 2017 but I never did the DUI class before moving and I now have a violation of probation in Delaware. I am currently on probation here in Hawai'i for felony drug charges and cannot leave the state. Delaware is choosing not to extradite me and the state of Hawai'i is not holding me responsible for my charges or probation violation in Delaware. Can I get my license back here and how would I go about doing that?

Highly unlikely you'll be able to get a license in Hawaii. You failed to meet the conditions of your probation in Delaware by completing your DUI class, so of course you were violated. To make things worse, you're on probation in Hawaii for FELONY drug charges. As long as your license remains suspended in Delaware, you won't be able to get a license in any other state.
