my sister paid and sent AOS to NVC as my substitute sponsor coz our father is dead per NVC instruction on the letter we received last Aug. 11, 2010 our father as the petitioner is dead since aug. 27, 2009 ..NVC sent a message to they received the AOS and is under review to wait for further notice my sister as my substittue sponsor need to file I-824 ?
