Is it age discrimination when my boss goes to younger employees in my company with info, even in my areas of responsibility.
I am an employee at retirement age, but still working full time. Am in a manager role.

Perhaps the boss wants interaction with your subordinates, perhaps the boss does not trust you to pass information unfiltered, could be any of a thousand other reasons....nothing here indicates age has anything to do with it.
