i sent all the paper work to Chicago and received a letter that paper was received and sent o California, i sent on 8.14.10 and sent to California 8.23.10 they told me is longer for sister to brother, can i changed and put my dad as the primary and put my brother and family is the second page,as additional members, and which office is the faster, Calif is 47.6 months and Nebraska 66.00 seems a longtime and Texas and Vermont processing time is 5 months, can we request to have paper sent to any of those 2 locations? and if I want to add my dad , will that delay my process in doing any changes?

Your question is a little confusing but I will try to answer it. If you are filng for your father, your father cannot bring his children with him. He has to come to the US first and then he files separately for his children. So it is a good idea for you to file for your brother too because your father can only sponsor his unmarried sons. If they get married before your father becomes a US citizen, the paperwork will be denied. The only way for your father to sponsor married children is to become a US citizen himself. You can only file with the office that has juridsiction over you even if it is slow. If you file in a wrong office, your case will be delayed.
