Derivative I-485 and pending divorce

I am derivative i-485 applicant base on my husbands EB2 I-485. We are going through nasty divorce and he informed USCIS about pending divorce. USCIS has sent me NOID asking me proof of living together. I thought USCIS can not deny my I-485 until divorce is finalized but looks like that not the case. Should I just ignore NOID and let them deny it or do I have nay options?
