Settlements are based on 2 things: Liability and Damages. Liability means legal responsibility. Whether the store has liability for your injury depends on whether they knew or should have known of a dangerous condition or had a duty to warn and that depends on what was on the ramp and how long it had been there. This can get complicated. If they have liability - and that is a big if - then the question is how much are your damages. Damages can include medical bills, time lost from work and pain and suffering. There is no magic formula for what a case is worth. The better the facts of liability and the higher the damages, the more a case is worth. If liability is questionable and damages are low, a case can be worth little or nothing. Every case is different. No one can tell you what your particular case may be worth without in depth facts to determine if there is any liability and the extent of damages. Only a lawyer who represents you and has a complete understanding of the facts of your case is in a position to give you an opinion on the value of your case. If you do not already have a lawyer, I suggest you look for an attorney who handles slip and fall cases.

This is impossible to answer without a full case review, including legal fault of the store which must be shown by a proponderance of the evidence. If that is the case damages are assessed as to resulting medical bills, time lost from work, pain and suffering, resulting disability, etc. You would be well advised to retain a personal injury attorney, as insurance companies do not take unrepsented parties seriously. It is going to depend in large part on how much your total medical bills are and whether you sought treatment without delay.
