As a Filipino citizen, I have an expired Advance parole, pending I-485 and I-130. I am now a Canadian citizen, can I enter US without being questioned of the pending applications and without having problems entering the US?

YOur question is unclear. Did you enter as a Filipino and later acquired Canadian citizenship? Note that once you file an I-130, I-485 and related applications you have made your immigrant intent known. You will be better off applying for a new advance parole document or you will have problems at the port of entry.

If you are outside the USA with an expired advance parole you will not be able to reenter to pursue your adjustment. If you are in the USA you can simply apply for a new one. If you are not familiar with the immigration law or otherwise have concerns with your case, it is advisable to contact an immigration lawyer to discuss your case and find a way forward. Goodluck.
