Do I have to complete a failure to yield course if I move out of state?

I was in an accident about a year ago and was found at fault because I hit someone coming while coming out of an intersection. I received a paper in the mail saying I need to complete a failure to yield course or my license will be suspended and I completely forgot about it until now. I have lived in Maryland for a few months now and I'm not sure if I still need to complete that course. I also checked the DMV site and it said that if the accident was before December 2, 2017 (which it was), you shouldn't have to complete a course unless there was bodily harm reported (which there was not). I know it's not a difficult course to take but I'm just curious if it's still necessary and if I can still have my license suspended.
Yes, if Maryland issued a transfer of your WI license to a new one in their state, that transfer was probably based upon the WI license being in good standing. If a suspension or revocation of the WI license comes through later, your new state might very well give the same treatment to your new license out there. WI is beautiful this time of year, so try to enjoy your trip back to take the course. However, it might also be worthwhile to call them and request an option to do a similar course in your new home state and have it count back in WI. You should also run this same question past the DMV worker when you contact them about taking the course out of state, since I am far from certain.
