Reasons for I-140 Denial

I am currently waiting for the result of my I-140 application and was wondering what the common reasons are for I-140 denials. Does the W-2 weigh heavily in the application? I am worried about that since my previous employer did not pay employees on bench, my W-2 was significantly less. Though I also submitted my W-2 from my current employer which is in good financial standing.

There are many potential reasons for I-140 denials, but they usually relate to problems with the employer's lack of financial credentials, the employee's lack of educational credentials, or the position not qualifying for EB status. If you have any such problems with your case, you should contact an experienced immigration attorney to assist you. Let me know if I can help.
