about a year ago I was in a bad forklift on forklift collision involving another employee who was not a regular forklift operator,he was a production worker that said he could drive a lift but to my painful surprise he did not.I was entering the warehouse when he pulled right in front of me (never used his horn )and my lift hit so hard it bent my fork like a "J" shape and hurt my head ,back, and neck but when I went to the production manager he told me that it would hurt production if we filled out incident reports or went to get checked out. Also I was told that if I left I would be suspended,So I waited until after work and went to mercy san jaun on my own insurrance and was told I was really hurt I can prove everything in my statement as fact

On the job injuries are covered by workers compensation in most states. Generally you can't sue your employer for on the job injuries. See a workers compensation lawyer and ask what your rights are.
If the employer terminated you for anything related to this accident, you may have a wrongful termination claim. Regardless, you have a workers compensation claim. On both counts, there are strict time deadlines on filing a claim so, I would highly recommended retaining an attorney immediately.

You need to move with great speed, and get a workers compensation lawyer. There are time limits to submit your claim, some as short as 6 months, or one year. In Sacramento, two good ones that I know of are Allan Owen or Travis Black. If the other fork lift operator was not an employee of your business, then you also have the right to pursue a civil personal injury case. GET A LAWYER NOW!
