If your parental rights are terminated, you will have no legal relationship to your child and will no longer be obligated to pay child support. It depends on why your parent rights were TPRed. I have seen a few cases were the parents were TPRed yet the court expected CS. It is only in certain courts, and certain judges. The best thing for you to do is contact a local attorney to discuss your options. You do not want this to go badly for you.
