I am filing for EB1-1 Green Card. what kind of status will my spouse get? are there any restrictions?

She will have the same status as you. She derives this status based on her relationship to you.

Once you get your EB-1 processed and your spouse is included in your application, he/she will also get a green card as a derivatives of your application as long as the marriage takes place before the approval of your application.
