..there are some very confusing versions on whether locally based applicants need to include the passport size photos in their i751 package ..oh! one more quick thing: how much is too much in terms of evidence adduced.I have about 13 medium sized folders depicting various kinds of evidence for the two years i have been with my U.S citizen wife.Is this too overwhelming on the part of the examiner? Ideas and answers ,greatly appreciated

Well i believe about 100-200 pages should be enough. You need not submit passport pictures. They will take those during the biometrics appointment.

You do not need passport size photos with the filing. Submit evidence that tells a story so organize documents in terms of residence, financial, taxes, vacations, children etc. It's not the quantity but the quality that will carry your case through. Good luck.
