Can a judge deny a request for stipulated removal order?

Can a judge deny a request for stipulated removal order and why? My husband was doing county jail time for misdemeanor domestic violence case but the case was resolved with probation. He came in illegally twice but never got caught and has never been deported. ICE picked him up and he signed for a stipulated order removal. What are the chances that the judge might deny it?

Unless the judge has reason to believe that your husband may be waiving rights that he may not understand, it is unlikely that he will not sign the stipulated removal order.
