History will judge harshly the U.S. Supreme Court's recent Decision upholding the constitutionality of the so-called "Travel Ban 3.0." Nonetheless, the Supreme Court's decision is controlling. The "Ban" addresses entry into the U.S., and not adjudication of adjustment of status or change of status applications. Those applicants, however, may be subjected to a particularly thorough security background check and interview process.
