What does it mean by monthly salary in 13.3 disclosure statement?
i get paycheks every 2 weeks. Can i just add 2 paychecks to get the monthly salary?or How do i get figure out?

Generally yes - under your 13.3.1 & 13.3.2 you will also have to turn over your pay stubs as well. As long as those match up, you should be ok.

No. you have to multiply your bi-weekly checks x 26 (paydays) and divide by 12. There are 26 paydays the way you get paid, instead of 24 as is true with the people that get paid twice a month.
